I got the gray and teal shoes. These are comfortable shoes. I have plantar fasciitis that comes back at a flick of a switch if I’m not careful, so I have a ton of Dansko shoes. My feel feel more support than my Saucony running shoes, and I was able to teach all day wearing these and attend a car show in the evening, so these are definitely keepers.I consistently wear 38 in Dansko, Birkenstock, and other European sized shoes (7-7 1/2 US size). These are roomy in the toe box-my shoes can stretch out while in them, but they do seem a little long, but they didn’t flop. The arch support is there but it’s not as good as many Dansko I’ve had before. They are much more supportive than my running shoes, which I cannot wear to work when I’m in my feet all day.Friends who don’t usually like the look of Dansko complimented my shoes and asked where I got them. I’m thinking about buying my mom a pair for mother’s day.Style is nice...The most comfortable shoes right out of the box. You’ll forget you’re wearing shoes at all. They cradle each foot perfectly.I’m disappointed with amazons listing of this item. When I ordered this I thought I was ordering the boots, as that was what the photo and product description represented, but what I ended up getting were the low top tennis shoes. I really wanted the boots, but since I also kind of wanted the sneaks, I guess I’m keeping them. They look really cute and they are comfortable, but dang it, those boots and that faulty listing... so I have another pair of dansko tennis shoes instead of hiking boots. Ehh... still a good buy.These shoes are so cute. Too cute, actually, because my daughter immediately stole them. They were not as supportive as I expected from Dansko, though, at least not from what I could tell just from trying them on. My daughter reports significantly less foot pain than she was feeling from her Nike’s, so they are definitely more supportive than ordinary athletic shoes. The sole is removable so you can wear orthotic insoles with them.I love Dansko and love this show. However, I am returning the shoe because the sizing is bigger than I expected. I always wear the same size (38) in Dansko (I have had a ton of Dansko shoes over the years) and they always fit perfect. This shoe is well made and comfortable, but the toe box is longer than other Dansko shoes. I was bummed about this. The shoe felt sloppy and heavy and I felt I was going to trip on the toe box, so they are going back.I've tried other Dansko sneakers in size 39 and they run small. This one was size 40 and was way too big. The sneaker itself seems to be of good quality and the color is nice. Just be aware that if you are size 9 US, it may be difficult to find the right shoe.I walk the dog on roads that are hilly and often wet with rain. These shoes are great. They have the right amount of arch support, have great traction, are moderately water proof (they’re great in the rain but if submerged in water your socks will get wet).I had initially tried Columbia hiking shoes but had to return them after one 3mile walk as my foot hurt at the arch. These shoes are definitely worth the price!Always love Dansko products. The sneaker that was sent was good, but not what I ordered.
